- The core group collectively develops a Scope-of-Work document tailored to the meet the clients specific objectives. Upon review and approval, this document is converted into a written Client Service Plan which guides the core group’s activities on behalf of the client
- The core group regularly briefs client decision-makers on our progress versus the plan, and then makes any needed adjustments to adapt to changing conditions
