Our Process:

  • You define your objectives, we partner with you to develop strategies to achieve measurable results
  • Our professionals define – with the client – the strategy and the metrics to define success
  • Based upon the relevant strengths and experience of our professionals, we select a core group of Potomac Alliance professionals and designate a team leader to manage each client engagement
  • The core group collectively develops a Scope-of-Work document tailored to the meet the clients specific objectives.  Upon review and approval, this document is converted into a written Client Service Plan which guides the core group’s activities on behalf of the client
  • The core group regularly briefs client decision-makers on our progress versus the plan, and then makes any needed adjustments to adapt to changing conditions
  • We mobilize all the firms’ resources to accomplish the client’s objectives within the designated timeline
